The NCAA and blogging
There’s an interesting article over at the Louisville Courier-Journal. Apparently one of their reporters was ejected from an NCAA baseball game for live blogging. This should be an interesting case as it will decide if live blogging can be considered a reproduction. If it is, how does the NCAA plan to control it? With today’s mobile technology, any fan could be blogging from the stands with their cellphone. I just can’t think of a reasonable way to prevent it, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t one.
